During the 1980s, Teixeira Araujo family boosted the entire existence of the Só Dança with the opening of the two first stores in Brazil and with the construction of the first factory.
The rapid growth of the brand and of the demand required the emergence of a new name: Trinys. Nowadays, this company is the owner of two brands: Só Dança (clothes and footwear for dance) and Trinys, (for fitness and swimwear).
In the next decade, Só Dança and Trinys started to place their focus on exportation, creating partnerships and distributors in key points of the world, such as: North America, United States, Europe and Canada.
Because its exponential growth, in 2008, the company established a partnership for the creation of another production unit in the Dominican Republic.
